Before anyone can quote, our team checks their profile, the trades they offer and their phone number, sometimes with a call. Their profile shows the date it was checked, and only clients who hired them can review them.

So you can describe the job first, without an account. We send a code to your number to confirm the request, and your number stays hidden: a tradesperson sees it only after you open a chat with them.

Up to 30 days, or until you choose someone or close it from My requests.

Directly, in cash, when the job is done. Agree the details in the chat; the final price is set after the visit. Mawjood never handles the payment.

Talk to the tradesperson in the chat first. If they gave a warranty, it shows on their profile. If you still need help, message our team, and once you have confirmed the hire you can leave an honest review.
